第一次入住水底山温泉山莊，前台服務態度非常好，非常感謝張寶香，不僅給我們的家庭出行升級了麪溪連排別墅，服務非常棒，感謝🙏。
房間內有獨立的温泉泡池，庭院面朝小河，休閑品茶十分愜意，温泉山莊內有68個泡池，十分清靜，還有無邊際泳池等……
莊園還有通往九龍潭的棧道，竹林溪水、空氣清悠，恰逢小雨，途中偶遇工作人員，擔心我們，特地返回接我們回莊園，服務一流，值得前往小住幾天。

水底山來過好幾次了，房間很好，最重要的是帶娃來有地方玩，有很多小朋友玩的項目，又有很多種我們大人泡的温泉，還有可以逛逛瀑布那些景點，老小皆宜，工作人員服務也超級好實名點贊👍管家劉興麗劉管家，你們來可以找她，總之值得再來。

環境：環境一百分，沒得挑，晚上睡覺很安靜，温泉泡完也很舒服。
設施：較舊，但沒有太大影響，有種質樸的美。
衞生：衞生搞得不好，衞生間有股尿味。
服務：有些不太順暢，但酒店工作人員積極解決問題，態度很好。
其他：承接的香港老年旅遊團人太多，還看到有偷偷拿自助餐裝袋子裏的😢講話也大聲，有些影響體驗。
